WhatsApp is the fastest way to book. We're at Bujagali Falls every morning from 7am. Walk up and say hello, or message ahead so we can get you sorted.
Message us any time. We're usually back within the hour, often much faster. Tell us your group size, preferred date, and which trip — we'll handle the rest.
For group bookings, invoice requests, or anything that needs a paper trail. We check email daily, usually morning. Response within 24 hours.
We're on site every day from 7am to 5pm. If you're already in Jinja and want to book for the same day, just come to the river. We'll sort you out.

We don't take days off. The river doesn't either. If we've had to cancel for conditions, we'll let you know by 6am.
Last put-in is 1pm for the full-day trip, 2pm for white water, 3pm for flat water. Message ahead if you're cutting it close.
From Kampala: Take the Jinja Highway east. About 75km, 1.5–2 hours depending on Kampala traffic. Leave by 7am if you want to be on the water by 9.
Through Jinja town: Cross the Owen Falls Dam bridge. Follow the road through town heading north toward Bujagali. Signs will appear after the town centre.
Bujagali Falls: Continue 8km north of Jinja town. Look for the Bujagali Falls signage on the right. We're at the main put-in, brown sign, small car park.
From Jinja town centre: Boda boda (motorcycle taxi) from the main taxi park is about 15 minutes and costs UGX 3,000–5,000. Tell the driver Bujagali Falls put-in.
About 2.5–3 hours from Entebbe Airport. Most guests stay in Jinja the night before. The Hairy Lemon island retreat on the Nile is 40 minutes north if you want something memorable. Message us and we can recommend where to stay for different budgets.

Small car park on site. Safe during the day. If you're doing the full-day trip and won't be back until 3pm, the camp site next door will watch vehicles for a small fee.
